In the academic circles,there are two important topics in the study of Corporation Finance—executive' confidence and financial decisions.In the real life,executives due to their overconfidence will make irrational decisions,bringing certain economical results.While in recent researches,most scholars focus on investors' overconfidence rather than executives.What's more,researchers tend to do empirical studies.This thesis exemplifies typical executive—Dong Mingzhu in a special way,who has distinguishing characters,to find out how her overconfidence affects her financial decisions and then summarize her personality-driven reason in terms of 'Four-colors Personality Analysis'(this dissertation is stemmed from an event in which Dong Mingzhu was mad at stock-holders because of their refusal to a plan).In this essay,Dong Mingzhu' character brings about conflicts between other managers and stock-holders as well as contributes to GREE' prosperity.Therefore,the essay holds that it is best to take full use of executives'personality when it comes to company managing,fully exploiting his character advantage.In the meanwhile,it is beneficial for stock-holders to select best decision within all raised by manager and proper measure to deal with conflicts between manager and themselves.
