Research On Social Public Responsibility Of Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Of Wuxi City

With the advancement of urbanization,especially in the current economic downward pressure increasing,the international and domestic competition growing environment,how to develop good social public security management and realize the government and enterprises share the social and public security responsibility is of great significance,is an important subject in front of the current social management.This paper takes wuxi entry-exit inspection and quarantine work as a case study,using literature study,case study method,comparative method and relevant research methods,based on relevant concepts and theories as the research basis,from the perspective of government and enterprise two wuxi entry-exit inspection and quarantine system analyzed problems of social public security responsibility,and to the United States,Russia,Japan and other developed countries entry-exit inspection and quarantine of social public security responsibility,the specific method based on the practical circumstances in our country,sums up the public security liability are beneficial to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine of revelation,on the basis of this puts forward to perfect the social public security liability wuxi entry-exit inspection and quarantine of countermeasures and Suggestions.First,strengthen the wuxi entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau of public security responsibility,namely,sets up the spirit of public service and the democratic participation,adjusting and optimizing function of inspection and quarantine,entry-exit inspection and quarantine of the public service management mechanism,improve the scientific and effective management methods and technical means,to establish a high quality supervision,inspection and quarantine personnel,establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism.Second,strengthen the enterprise the role of social public security responsibility,namely,to strengthen the government supervision and guidance of the enterprise,establish an effective incentive and supervision mechanism,foster the social responsibility of enterprises,speed up the development of the third party inspection agencies.
