The Transformation And Upgrading Of China's Processing Trade And Its Revelation To Vietnamese Processing Industry

Along progresses in science and technology the productive forces development,the circulation expansion and multinational corporation's starting,in the worldwide scale is gradually realizing each kind of element of production optimized disposition.International trade has also experienced tremendous change along with these shifts,exported the national resources product directly by the past the way,gradually massive import between product and raw material,and finally transformation in the way that finished product exportation is processed.The processing trade becomes the various countries participation international division of labor gradually the important way,in the full display various countries comparison superiority,the impetus technology advancement,the promotion industry promoted,aspects and so on expanded exportation plays a more and more vital role.The recent development in international and domestic economic environment has influenced the processing trade of China.The industry of China's processing trade not only had been exploited by developed countries,but also faced with the intense competition from other developing countries with a lower cost.Faced with the new international trade situation,the processing trade industry of China should reconsider its future.The comparative advantage of labor is disappearing.As a result,transformation and upgrading is imperative.China has taken a series of measures to promote transformation and upgrading since 2003,the effect is obvious.After the reform and opening up,processing trade in Vietnam developed rapidly and has become one of the most important industries in Vietnam,with its advantages of labor resources,policies and geography,has developed rapidly,and it has a positive influence on earning export,employment stimulation and economic growth.In recent years,the Vietnamese government attaches great importance to this industry.It has occupied an important position in Vietnamese economy and trade in recent years;it is Vietnam's major export industries.But before this,the aquaculture industry in Vietnam was a tiny industry deserving little mention.After 2007,Vietnam joined the WTO officially;Vietnam's processing trade export showed rapid growth momentum.However,on the one hand outward processing trade is stuck in the extensive model of development at present,the expansion of export volumes is pursued at the expense of the environment and resources.The products are low-end in the global value chain,and the appreciation rate of processing trade is low as well.This paper evaluates the performance of the transition and upgrade of processing trade of China.Of which we can draw inspiration from studying the successful experience of China in some new points of view.The first chapter introduces the importance of this research and reviews other peoples relative research,,on this basis the research idea is fixed,finally explains the research methods.The second chapter is mainly about the theoretical research and the theoretical basis of the processing trade.The third chapter:the current situation of outward processing trade in China.The fourth part comparative analysis at this stage of the transformation and upgrading of Processing trade Policy measures,shows the experience of the success of the transformation and upgrading of Processing trade in China,and its help to provide a more efficient the escalation of Vietnam's Processing trade Policy recommendations.The fifth chapter:Describe the development of Vietnam's processing trade and its problem.Moreover,the paper selects six factors as empirical analysis from framework for the purpose of finding out the constraints.The results display that:labor endowments,research and development ability and labor investment are the most important factors of the transformation,foreign direct investment and domestic industrial structure don't give full play to stimulate the transformation of outward processing trade,and the excessive foreign trade dependence degree does not favor the transformation of outward processing trade as well.Finally,this paper evaluates the performance of the transition and upgrade of processing trade of china.Of which we can draw inspiration from study the successful experience of china in some new points of view.
