| Online trading has now become a new driving force for economic growth,its rapid development of the traditional line of consumption caused a huge impact,so that offline entities are often reduced to online electricity supplier "fitting room".In 2007,the national network transactions amounted to 54 billion 200 million yuan,in 2015 growth of 3 trillion and 800 billion yuan,eight years increased by nearly 70 times,accounting for the proportion of total retail sales of social consumer goods has reached 12.8%;according to the McKinsey forecast,in 2020,China’s online shopping transactions will be equivalent to the size of the United States,Japan,Britain,Germany and France the market and development prospects of e-commerce market;it has become an accepted fact,consumer lifestyles are changing as a result,it can be said that the network has become an important part of the transaction can not be ignored in people’s consumption.This also caused widespread concern in academic circles,from the beginning of 2011 the emergence of a large number of online and offline consumer aspects of the article,the change in the price level line has become an important aspect of the research scholars,a number of research results show that the price advantage is an important reason for people to choose the network transactions(Malon,1987;Wenyi Jia,2013),but the line of goods to much line price advantage in the end?What are the characteristics of their respective changes?What is the difference in price advantage between different types of goods?These are all subjects to be studied.Study on online and offline prices at home and abroad found that foreign research results mostly from certain types of goods,such as vehicles,books audio and video products to analyze the price characteristics of online and offline,most of the domestic research results are influencing factors by establishing a model to analyze the online retailer’s performance,and for the price level line of research is still blank.The eight item in this paper using the EEMD method will represent the change in the price level under the line CPI and line aSPI-core represent changes in the price level of the price index and the two index is decomposed into irregular price index changes,changes in circulation as well as the long-term trend of the three part,in order to study the online price fluctuation characteristics,provide a new the perspective for the study of the line of the price level.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1:introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper.After sorting out the literature about online and offline price level changes at home and abroad,this paper determines the content of this study,and gives the innovation of this paper;The second chapter is the introduction of research methods.The purpose of this chapter is to introduce the model method EEMD used in this paper,and introduce the improved EMD method,and explain the principle and calculation procedure of this method in detail;The third chapter:the decomposition of aSPI-core and CPI model,the empirical research part,will use aSPI-core and CPI software Matlab EEMD mode decomposition,and conducted a detailed analysis of the structural components of the decomposed,fully understand the relationship between the structure component and the original data sequence,and the structural components of aSPI-core and CPI were compared;The fourth chapter:the aSPI-core and CPI of each item under each item(eight class)of mode decomposition,with the third chapter with the same method,the comparison and analysis of the structure of aSPI-core and CPI components of each sub sub mode,the main line of the sub comparative long-term trend;The fifth chapter:conclusion.Summarize and classify the results in the third and fourth chapters,analyze the reasons and give some suggestions.The research found,①after the EEMD,decomposition of the CPI and aSPI-core are three parts,the irregular high-frequency part represent changes in the price level,the low frequency part represents the cyclic variation of the price level,the trend reflects the long-term trend of the original time series;②the aSPI-core curve under the CPI curve,has been negative growth state,fluctuations in the range of-5%to-1.3%,and the CPI curve of the narrow range of basic stability in the 2%～3%,if the line of the same price of commodity production,which shows that the online commodity prices lower than the price line,namely online transactions have a price advantage;③the aSPI-core and CPI of each item after EEMD decomposition after the price level change trend performance varies,but there are also similarities,according to each item of online and offline price trend change Degree of change can be divided into three categories of eight sub categories:traffic and Telecommunications sub line,the price level of change is obvious,the online price advantage is gradually losing;The breakdown of tobacco online price level is rising,the advantages of stable;the remaining 6 sub line,the price level is lower than the trend line line line line trend of price level,if the goods the same starting price,indicating that these 6 sub goods online price below the line price,that is the price advantage and price advantage is still in line continue to strengthen.Therefore,the entity store,in the future if you want to own still occupy a space for one person,should make full use of their own advantages,vigorously develop the suitable line sales of goods,take the initiative to adjust the price,avoid electric price advantage to win,reduce or even eliminate the online price advantage;secondly,to provide a variety of fine service,with more
