Research On The Impact Of Party Organizations Participating In The Governance Of State Owned Enterprises On Corporate Social Responsibility

In today’s society,with the rapid development of economy,social responsibility has attracted more and more people’s attention.As the pillar of national economic development,enterprises play an exemplary role in undertaking social responsibility.In recent years,China’s relevant experts began to keen to study the social responsibility of enterprises,however,the current research on social responsibility mainly focused on the profitability of the company,industry characteristics,company size,corporate governance and so on.This paper mainly studies the corporate social responsibility from the perspective of corporate governance.China’s corporate governance is quite different from the western governance.China adopts the "three powers separation" system,which belongs to the management rights of the board of directors or executive directors,the right of supervision belonging to the board of supervisors,and the decision-making power vested in the shareholders’ meeting.In addition,the party organizations with Chinese characteristics can participate in the company,and participate in the decision-making,strategy and other aspects of the enterprise.Up to now,few scholars have taken the typical feature of Party organizations participating in corporate governance into the study of corporate social responsibility,and the moderating role of the nature of state-owned enterprises in the two is not clear.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the social responsibility of enterprises from the perspective of Party organizations participating in corporate governance,and launches a new research direction for the study of corporate social responsibility.This paper is mainly based on the stakeholder theory and the principal-agent theory,in-depth analysis of Party members into the company,and the company involved in the development of specific business strategy decision-making,assume what is the relationship between the obligation to society,and the party organizations to participate in the corporate governance is divided into "two-way access" and "cross" two dimensions.The research constructs the research model between the party organizations’ participation in corporate governance,corporate social responsibility and the nature of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Three.Based on the related data search,collection and sorting,using the specific SPSS measurement software for detailed measurement of the collected data after the sample after further detailed analysis,in-depth analysis of Party members into the company,the company’s decision to participate in,strategy formulation and enterprise to assume what is the relationship between the society the obligations of Party members,further inspection into the internal to the enterprise management to participate in the social responsibility of the impact on the corporate,and the nature of SOE regulation.The party organization in state owned enterprises of enterprise management in state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises and the nature of social responsibilities and obligations between exploring a possible link,the study found that the party members and the board of directors,senior management and the board of supervisors has significant and positive influence between the coincidence degree and the enterprise bear the social is the responsibility of Party members into the intervention decision,strategy and other aspects of the state-owned enterprise internal to the enterprise,Party members and the board of directors,board of supervisors and management personnel of coincidence degree is bigger,more state-owned enterprises bear social responsibility;the nature of state-owned enterprises in the party organization between participation in state-owned enterprise governance and corporate social responsibility play a positive regulatory role.Pressure...
