The Study On Determinant Of Investors' Decision In Stock Investment In Thailand

Nowadays,capital markets are very important to the economic development of the country,especially in Thailand,where the economy and the level of savings are not very high.These are contributing to stimulating and driving the economy to grow faster,and have an impact on increasing revenue and raising the standard of living people in the country.The stock market has become one of the popular channels to gain money from people in Thailand based on the number of new entry investors who decided to invest in stock market in every year.Besides,the listed companies should understand the investors' behavior and what determinant which influence they decision to investing in stock market.Therefore,the purpose of this study focus on the relationship between demographic characteristic factors,investment behaviors and investment factors that affects the decision to invest in the stock market.The primary aim of the research was to know how the investors behave,how and why they make their decision to invest in stock market in Thailand.In this paper is investigating the investors' decision making in stock market who attends and trade stocks in the financial seminar in the Stock Exchange of Thailand(SET).The survey was done by distributing and collecting questionnaires to 400 respondents during April-June 2017.Correlation Testing was used as a method of analysis.The results showed that there are relationship between demographic characteristics factors,investment behaviors and investment factors that influence decision making in the Stock Exchange in Thailand.
