The World Economic Forum's 10-year Global Risk Report shows a series of incredible challenges,including water and food crises,terrorist attacks,cybercrime,financial crises and extreme weather events(Human World Economic Forum,2015).The annual number of these high-risk times has increased from 350 in 1980 to nearly 1,000 in 2014.Economic losses from the last century 80's about 50 billion US dollars rose to the past decade about 250 billion US dollars.Similarly,the catastrophic effects of climate change will also increasingly affect the business community.Today's enterprises face more and more opportunities and challenges,economic integration and technological innovation to the organization of the decline or prosperity of the expansion of the rate of expansion of enterprises exposed to risks and opportunities in the coexistence of the environment.The current turbulent organizational environment may continue to change in new and surprising ways,both in terms of market and technology.In an unstable organizational ecosystem,the competitive advantage is temporary.Therefore,the organization faces how to deal with external changes and turbulence.The response to environmental change means organizational and personal adjustment.While the entire organization must adapt to new conditions in terms of structure,processes,procedures,and norms,decision makers must acknowledge the need for change and take appropriate strategic steps to address these challenges.Through the literature review of the past,we can find that the research on the innovation of ambidexterity innovation is not diminishing at home and abroad,and the research on organizational resilience is paid more and more attention,and a series of important progresses have been made.The research on resilience mainly focuses on the definition,characteristics,influencing factors and realization mechanism.The study of the ambidexterity of the organization from the predecessor,the consequences to the realization of mechanisms,adjust the variables and its expansion,so that the field of research is more mature and perfect.However,it is important to note that empirical research on factors that contribute to the formation of organizational resilience is rather scarce and that organizational flexibility at the organizational level has not been able to be measured by a broad structure.And there is no research to put forward the evaluation index system and quantitative method of innovation influence resilience.Alessandro&Fabio(2016)published in Omega's paper on the proposed innovation,to enhance the flexibility of the process,will also be an important future research direction.AMJ editor van der Vegt published an editorial that:only when the business is resilient,the community can be resilient.And pointed out the future direction of research,including how to measure the flexibility of the organization,the impact of elastic factors.Therefore,we combine innovation and flexibility to build a model to verify the impact of ambidextrous innovation on organizational resilience.Organizational resilience comes from two capabilities:1)rapid processing and corresponding environmental signals;2)development of flexible resources that can be applied to a wide range of replaceable alternatives.Exploratory innovation can improve the flexibility of the development resources of the organization,improve the product innovation ability,expand the market share,increase the sales revenue,enhance the organization's adaptability,and the exploitory innovation can be through the existing knowledge of refining and integration,Of the external environment changes,improve resource efficiency,thereby enhancing the stability and increase sales revenue.Balance the ambidexterity of the balance of the organization to adapt to the stability and stability of the organization to maximize the degree of flexibility.The binary equilibrium strategy of ambidexterity innovation suggests that enterprise exploratory innovation and utilization innovation can exist at the same time,and when their product is bigger,the smaller the absolute value(the more balanced),the better the performance of the firm.Ambidextrous innovation is a key driver of long-term performance.For enterprises with rich resources,while taking into account the exploratory innovation and the exploitory innovation is certainly beneficial to business performance.However,for the relatively lack of resources,enterprises can not take into account the ambidextrous balance is difficult to improve the performance of innovation,but also may have a negative impact on short-term performance.This paper will be the annualized volatility,the cumulative increase in operating income,asset yield as a measure of the level of corporate resilience indicators.Through the extraction of 14 key words to express the ambidexterity innovation,which,exploration,research and development,search,test,discovery,creation,change that exploratory innovation,utilization,optimization,efficiency,implementation,promotion,integration,Innovation,the frequency of these keywords in the annual report as an indicator of the two innovative activities.And then calculate the product of the two innovative indicators to represent the binary balance.In addition,this paper collects the industry categories,time to market,the nature of ownership,the size of enterprises and the number of employees as control variables.By establishing the regression model,this paper uses the listed company data to carry on the empirical research to the hypothesis,validates the influence of the double innovation on the organization resilience,and establishes the discriminant function through the discriminant analysis,and provides reference for the enterprise to discriminate whether the balance is balanced and promote the elastic development.The results show that,in the long run,ambidexterity innovation can reduce the volatility of the organization and improve its ability to grow,and the organization to strengthen the innovation of ambidextrous innovation does not necessarily weaken the short-term performance.Therefore,the exploratory innovation and the exploitory innovation to improve the flexibility of the two companies are indispensable.Enterprises to balance the ambidexterity of innovation to deal with the complexity of the environment and dynamic,companies must be based on different business environment,customize the appropriate strategy and management.Exploratory innovation and utilization of innovation,the same important for enterprises,the use of conventional innovation can help maintain stability,exploratory innovation is conducive to organizational adaptation to change the environment,thus promoting the stability and flexibility of enterprises,Enhance its own flexibility.
