| Under the trend of economic globalization,the global economic situation is gradually moving toward outward direct investment.In the meantime,there has also been a great change in the form of OFDI.The direct investment from former developed countries to developing countries has gradually shifted to "investment among developing countries,investment among developed countries,and investment by developed countries in developing countries,investment by developing countries in developed countries." The globalization of resource allocation and production requires that enterprises be in line with international standards and thus pose a great challenge to China as a developing country.Based on the basic theory of”foreign direct investment",this paper conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of China’s direct investment in Latin America.This theory is of guiding significance for China’s future development of direct investment in Latin America.With the vigorous development of China’s economy,there are also many problems exposed under this rapid growth trend.For example:the imbalanced distribution of foreign direct investment industries,lack of resources.The constraints of these objective conditions constitute the main reason for China’s direct investment in Latin America.At present,China must step up its readjustment of industrial structure,speed up industrial transfer,shift some of China’s surplus industries,productive forces to other countries through outward FDI,and seek more resources from other countries so as to ensure that China’s resource reserves can meet the needs of production and operation.In addition,in recent years,China has encountered various trade barriers in the area of product exports,which is also a major factor in promoting China’s outward direct investment.Based on a large amount of data,the author analyzes the current situation and the trade structure of China’s direct investment in Latin America.Based on the theory and practice,the author summarizes the existing obstacles and problems in the process of China’s direct investment in Latin America.Finally,investment risk,investment field,government guidance and cultural output,a series of countermeasure measures of practical significance and guiding significance are put forward for China’s direct investment in Latin America. |
