Research And Implementation Of P2P Internet Financial Data Analysis Platform

With the promotion and development of big data technology,many data analysis platforms based on big data storage and computing frameworks have emerged in the industry.The existing platforms mainly focus on user behavior analysis and multidimensional statistical analysis,and they have a Web that combines machine learning models.The risk analysis data analysis platform is still relatively lacking.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on this demand and carries out corresponding research.Focusing on the data of P2P Internet finance,aiming at the insufficiency of online data analysis tools,we try to construct a data analysis system with a new risk assessment model based on industry-specific scenarios.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,a new q-value weighting algorithm based on SVM is proposed to solve the existing open-source data in the field of P2P Internet finance,and applied to the field of risk analysis.According to the experimental results,Compared with the common algorithms such as SVM classification,decision tree and logistic regression,the accuracy of the risk assessment results is improved by 5%-8%.Second,in the early stages of risk modeling,the gaps in the data are preserved by eliminating the missing values by selecting the appropriate subset of features for each classifier,by eliminating the attributes that contain missing values from the same example The improvement of the model effect reduces the error rate of the subsequent data analysis results.Thirdly,a data analysis platform that combines the process flow of the analysis module,the interface of the analysis process,and the visualization of the analysis results is constructed to make up for the existing platform to separate the machine learning specialized tools from the commercialized tools.Based on the above research contents and achievements,this article builds and implements P2P Internet financial data analysis platform.This system aims at the existing open source data in the P2P Internet finance field,and conducts data source management,data preprocessing,statistical analysis,and topic mining Model analysis and other data analysis steps,layers of research,optimization and improvement involved in the process of the algorithm,the final realization of an analysis module flow,the analysis process interface,analysis of the results of visual data analysis platform.
