Credit business is the basis for the survival and development of commercial banks,and it is an important guarantee for commercial banks to control credit risk.However,due to the inherent system of small and micro enterprises and other reasons,the relevant provisions of the bank is not perfect,leading to the bank to provide loans for small and micro enterprises are faced with a greater risk,threatening the fundamental interests of commercial banks.J bank in a small micro loans mainly exist many problems:for example the organization structure is not suitable for the demand of the small micro enterprise loan business,and the credit customer manager incentive mechanism does not reach the designated position,and so on.Aiming at these problems,the author thinks that we should explore countermeasures from the following several aspects: such as optimizing the risk identification,to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine weights,with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the credit risk,etc.Secondly,optimize the former loan decision-making system optimization,such as strengthen the distinguish of high-quality small micro enterprise,marketing,all examination and approval,decision making process for "mass" management,etc.Again,optimize post-loan management measures,such as strengthen post-loan management of small micro enterprise loan project,based on the loan default warning mechanism of industrial cluster,to speed up financial innovation,improve the risk transfer mechanism etc.Finally,establish and improve the J bank small loans credit risk management optimization of support measures,such as perfecting the small micro loan risk management organization structure.
