| Along with the advancement of globalization,cooperation and interdependence among countries is increasingly close.China,working as a fast-growing emerging market country,is using opening-up as one of the important ways to achieve the rapid economic development.Compared to the strategy of "bring in" which has a long history of development,the strategy of "going out" has become China's important way of economic development at a certain stage.Outward foreign direct investment(OFDI),working as one of the important ways of countries to participate in international economic cooperation,is an important way of cross-border capital use,the financial system as the core department of capital,the development of OFDI must have a significant impact.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter I introduction mainly expounds the research background and significance,research ideas and research methods,the main research contents and possible innovation points,etc.Chapter II financial development and related literature review of OFDI.The paper mainly expounds the research literature on finance development,OFDI and the relationship between the two countries.The theoretical mechanism analysis of chapter III is the derivative of the literature review,which lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent empirical analysis.Chapter IV the status quo of financial development and OFDI analysis in detail describes the general situation of China's OFDI and financial development present situation and characteristics of several dimensions,to provide a qualitative empirical analysis on the next day.Chapter V empirical analysis is based on the relevant data from 1994 to 2015,quantifying the impact of various dimensions of financial development on OFDI.Chapter VI through the reflection on the above empirical results,combined with the theoretical derivation and analysis on the overall train of thought and framework to comb,and put forward policy Suggestions and based on this research direction. |
