A Study On Enterprise Safety Management Performance Evaluation Based On Three-stage DEA

Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of the production scale of various enterprises and the severe situation of safety management,they have not been widely recognized by companies and experts,and are fast and effective analysis to measure the safety status of enterprises.At the same time,enterprises have great blindness to their investment in safety.Only the most reasonable allocation of resources can reduce the waste of resources and redundancy,effectively prevent accidents and reduce the losses caused by accidents.Safety performance is a manifestation of the state of the company's safety management.The evaluation of corporate safety performance can help them understand their own safety management level,and identify shortcomings,and make targeted improvements.The safety performance measurement process mainly involves two aspects: the determination of the safety performance indicators system and the selection of evaluation analysis.This article deeply analyzes the safety performance indicator system put forward by previous generations and divides the safety performance indicator system into three parts: safety culture,risk management and accident management.In the selection of evaluation analysis,most of the assessment analysiss used by current scholars are affected by subjective factors and lack accuracy.In order to eliminate subjective interference,after comparing multiple assessment analysiss,the three phases of objectivity were selected.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)evaluates the safety of the company,analyzes the safety status of the company,finds out current problems,proposes corresponding improvement measures,and verifies the practicability of the safety performance indicator system.The main research content of this article involves the following aspects:(1)Analyze and summarize the safety performance indicator system established by the predecessors.Combining the requirements of the three-phase data enveloping analysis,establish a safety performance indicator system based on the three-stage data envelopment analysis.(2)Determine input,output indicators and environmental factors indicators,and quantify them.Design and issue survey questionnaires to collect input indicator data;collect output indicator data and environmental factor indicators according to the actual situation of the company.(3)Apply the three-stage data enveloping analysis to empirically evaluate the safety performance of 36 companies in a certain area.Through the results of the second-stage stochastic frontier analysis,the effect and degree of external environmental factors on efficiency values are analyzed.After eliminating the impact of environmental factors and error factors,through the analysis of efficiency values,comparative evaluation of the company's safety performance,find out which bench-marking companies,for other companies to learn;through the analysis of the improvement rate,find out the inadequacies of safety management in those companies.
