The Accounting Information Problem And Strategy Research Of Company ZJ

With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of information technology,information resources are becoming an important strategic resource.Global information has become the development trend of the world today,the human society is in the midst of a transformation from industrial society to information society.We live in the age of wisdom.Today,data and information become more and more important in enterprises.More and more emerging technologies are provide powerful technical support.It is good for accounting information system's updating.Based on the relevant theories of accounting information,this dissertation chooses ZJ accounting information as the object of analysis,analyzes and summarizes these problems focusing on ZJ company accounting information process.It includes three aspects such as the internal control problem.fund management problem and information management.This dissertation describes the ZJ company in the solution of the above aspects of the implementation of the strategy described in detail.To improve internal control mechanism,strengthen internal audit,strengthen the construction of accounting information personnel,optimize the capital management process,integrate the accounting information system with the enterprise integrated business information system.To solve the problems encountered in the process of accounting information of ZJ company through a series of measures.At the end of this dissertation,it has carried on the effect appraisal to the ZJ company's implementation strategy.It has improved internal control mechanism,strengthen internal audit,strengthen the construction of accounting information personnel,optimize the capital management process,integrated the accounting information system with the enterprise integrated business information system.But there are still some problems to solve in urgent need.For example,lacking of effective integration of accounting information resources and lacking of security of accounting information.At the same time i give my own opinions and measures for these problems.By this dissertation's research,hoping to be helpful to the development of ZJ accounting information and the development of the whole enterprise,and provide reference for the development of accounting information in the same industry.
