Theresearch On The Audit Of Infrastructure Projects In China

As the foundation of national development,Infrastructure plays an important role in the process of economic development.Due to differences in location and policy aspect,gap between eastern and western areas exist in the construction of infrastructure in our country.At present,our country is simultaneously dealing with the slowdown in economic growth,make difficult structural adjustments,and absorb the effects of previous economic stimulus policies,moving into the "new normal" stage,national economy development need further improving infrastructure.With deepening of " BeltandRoad " all the way forward,China's economic development strategy has been gradually adjusted,quality and efficiency of investment are becoming more and more important,the public project audit strategy under the original economic development mode needs to be adjusted." BeltandRoad " strategy brings two aspects of change for China's infrastructure projects,on the one hand,improving deepen cooperation between countries,needs further development of infrastructure;Overseas contracting and investment markets,on the other hand,also further expansion,brings new opportunities to many state-owned enterprises.Audit as a national management system of endogenous "immune system",during the economic supervision and its primary goal is to safeguard national financial and economic order,guarantee the healthy development of national economy.In the face of infrastructure projects in the face of environmental change,the national audit needs to make targeted adjustment to prevent economic risks,ensures smooth running of the national economy.Based on the " BeltandRoad ",this article combines the national economy and related policy,from two aspects—— domestic and foreign,analyzes the impact of the strategy that brings to the infrastructure construction and infrastructure projects audit,and makes recommendations from the institutional and practical level for the infrastructure construction project audit,hoping to help the implementation of the strategy.
