With the rapid development of tourism in our country,the domestic economy hotel is developing very rapidly,and a large number of famous foreign economy hotel group are investment layout in our country,our country economy hotel market increasingly fierce competition.Under this background,the economy hotel in the cost of waging fierce price war in succession.The vicious price competition is the aftermath of the hotel infrastructure level and quality of customer experience "shrink",lead to dissatisfied customers and customer loss.People begin to realize that budget hotel if you want to win in the fierce competition,the key is to keep the old customer,so that their repurchase intentions behavior continually,such not only can bring more profits to the hotel,more can reduce the marketing cost of the hotel.This study explores the economy hotel customer experience quality impact on customer repurchase intention,to economy hotel provides decision-making reference for the rational allocation of marketing resources,at the same time can also be hard for budget hotel customer experience quality,enhance market competitiveness.Based on the existing literature on the basis of clarifying the economy hotel customer experience the relationship between quality and repurchase intention,put forward the quality of customer experience and customer repurchase intention relations research hypothesis,and based on the questionnaire survey to obtain real and effective data,using regression analysis method the empirical economy hotel customer experience quality and repurchase intention of the relationship between various dimensions.The study found that:(1)the quality of experience and customer perceived value has a strong positive correlation;(2)the quality of customer experience and customer satisfaction as the strong positive correlation;(3)the degree of customer experience quality associated with the transfer cost is postive;(4)the quality of customer experience and customer brand preference for positive correlation;(5)the quality of customer experience has little effect on demand for diversification.Finally based on the main findings of the empirical research put forward the improving economy hotel customer experience quality,enhance the economy hotel customer repurchase intention of relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
