Research On The Construction Of Rural Credit System In Fujian Province

Credit is the foundation of modern economy.The good credit environment can help to sustain the rapid development of social economy.The social credit system of China is at a critical stage of speeding up the pace.The construction of social credit system includes many parts.As an indispensable part of our social credit system,the importance of rural credit system has been gradually emphasized by the government and the community.In addition,the gap between urban and rural develdpment is widening further.Rural development has become a bottleneck which restricts the rapid development of China’s economy.And the shortage of funds has been the major problem faced by the rural areas in China,which has also seriously held back the rural financial reform and the development of rural economy.This paper takes Fujian Province as an example to study the construction of rural credit system in China.On the basis of fully studying the existing research on the construction of rural credit system at home and abroad,the paper analyses the achievements and problems in the construction of the rural credit system in Fujian Province and try to explore the mode and ways of rural credit system construction conforming to actual situation of Fujian Province,and then put forward some feasible countermeasures to promote the effective construction of rural credit system in Fujian Province,which also try to promote the further development of the construction of "three agriculture" in Fujian province.The paper firstly gives the definition of the important concepts like credit,credit system and credit mechanism,and also introduces the related theories and existing views about the construction of rural credit system.Secondly,based on the rural credit environment,the simple game model and the dynamic reputation game model are applied to analyse the causes of the rural credit environment from the perspective of game between farmers and rural financial institutions.Then,the paper lists the successful cases and models of rural credit system construction from home and abroad.Germany,USA,Japan and Brazil are selected as foreign cases,while Taiwan and Jiangsu Province are the domestic representatives.Thirdly,the paper reviews the present situation of the construction of the rural credit system in Fujian Province from the perspective of rural financial system,rural credit system,credit rating method,guarantee system and product development,and points out problems such as lack of systematicness in construction,the lack of pertinence in setting up credit evaluation index of farmers,farmers’neglect of the importance of the credit system,the lack of enthusiasm in the construction department of the credit system,the lack of innovation for credit evaluation methods,the lack of integrity in rural credit guarantee system and so on,and then analyzes the possible reasons for these problems.Finally,combined with the successful mode of the existing rural credit system at home and abroad,nine policy recommendations are given at the last part of the paper which are aimed at solving the existing problems in the construction of rural credit system in Fujian Province.
