The Relationship Between Entrepreneur’s Social Capital And The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

According to the new situation of China’s industrial structure adjustment,and further promote the innovation of China’s economic reform,and take intensive development,innovation and development of high value-added and high-tech content of the creation of the road is the inevitable choice.Compared to the independent innovation of large enterprises,as the main innovation of small and medium enterprises in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the government to encourage the public entrepreneurship,innovation is a great choice in the background.And the study of entrepreneur’s social capital is more and more attention from the academic circles and hot,and small and medium-sized enterprises of other factors affecting their development,the social capital of entrepreneurs is the key factor of small and medium-sized enterprises of vital importance.This paper takes A company as the object to do in-depth case studies,and integrates the social capital of entrepreneurs and scientific and technological achievements into a framework.This paper adopts the research methods of single case,starting from A,the entrepreneur social capital,combined with the characteristics of A development since the founding of the company,specifically through the three aspects of development of small and medium-sized enterprises,policy,technology,market analysis,combined with the research to explore the relationship between the social capital of entrepreneurs and small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology achievement transformation,political resources technical resources,business resources three aspects of scientific and technological achievements transformation of A company obtained the social capital of entrepreneurs.The results show that: entrepreneurial social capital to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.First,for A company,the social capital of entrepreneurs is the key for enterprises to obtain resources,three kinds of resources of entrepreneur social capital mainly has play an important role in helping enterprises to grasp the macro policy,maintain technological superiority and market convergence;second,entrepreneur social capital A company brings political resources through the macro policy sure,in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays a supporting role;third,A’s technology resources brought by the social capital of entrepreneurs to help A company formed a technical advantage in transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays a decisive role;fourth,A,the social capital of entrepreneurs bring business resources through accurate convergence of market form market oriented product output,in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays a role in promoting.Transformation of scientific and technological achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises need to make full use of various resources of entrepreneur social capital brings,from three aspects of enterprise development,policy,technology,market,seize the development opportunities,and promote scientific and technological achievements of the successful transformation and application.This case has reference and guiding significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the success of scientific and technological achievements.
