The separation of ownership and management right is the general characteristics of modern enterprises,resulting in the commission-agent problem has become a problem in corporate governance,"gold handcuffs," said the equity incentive will come into being.As a long-term incentive mechanism,equity incentive first appeared in the United States,after 60 years of development,has become a number of enterprises to solve the problem of agency an important choice.The principle of equity incentive is to make the owner and the operator become the community of interests,so as to effectively alleviate the operator's short-sighted behavior,so that it grows in the long-term development of the enterprise point of view better for shareholders.With the intensification of market competition,competition between enterprises has turned to the competition of talent,talent on the importance of high-tech enterprises is self-evident,equity incentive to become an important means to retain and attract talent.With the introduction of equity incentive,there are many scholars in China have carried out research,but in the actual implementation process still has some problems,the same incentive program in different scale different periods of enterprise implementation effect is often different,so this article selected from the growth period Into the maturity of the high-tech enterprises Dahua as the object of study,at different times in the implementation of the effect of equity incentive.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic and summarizes the existing research results.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts and basic theories of equity incentive and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used incentive methods.And then analyzes the relevant background motivations of Dahua equity incentive.Through the analysis of the present situation of the implementation of equity incentive,the author analyzes the existing problems and analyzes the existing problems.At last.And summarizes the shortcomings of the research process and the direction of future research.Most of the analysis of equity incentive analysis are in the empirical analysis this paper takes the case analysis of the form of a more clear study of its existing problems,and from the stock price and independent innovation and other intrinsic value of the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of equity incentive;Basically concentrated in the star business or mature large-scale enterprises,the case enterprises in this paper are in the period of rapid development and provide some reference for the equity incentive of enterprises in this period.
