The analysis of thesis is based on the international marketing and sales practices of LD Company's homecare medical devices exporting operation,which study the overseas marketing situation and competitive environment of what Chinese homecare medical devices exporters are currently facing.It aims to provide theoretical basis for LD Company's exporting operation and help grasp the market opportunity,study deeply on LD Company's export marketing strategy for medical device products and service,figure out weakness in the international marketing practice,and provide customized feasible solutions to the existing problem.Taking LD Company as an example,this thesis apply for the PEST model for homecare medical device product export through analyzing the macro environment and internal resource of LD Company,and then based on Michael Porter's five forces analysis model,study on LD Company's industry environment,industry competition and the demand of the international market,and the preliminary optimize LD Company's export market strategy.Besides this thesis apply for the STP,4P marketing theory and brand marketing theory,discuss from export market segmentation,product diversification,different marketing channels,export marketing,pricing differentiation,brand marketing and so on,aiming at the best solution and optimized marketing strategy of LD Company.Moreover,this thesis provides guarantee measures for LD Company's export marketing from aspects of organizational structure,personnel allocation of marketing team and implementation of optimization strategy.The study of LD Company's homecare medical device products exporting strategy,not only aiming for optimizing and moving forward substantial improvement on exporting business,but also strive for promoting the sales and increasing international market share,also hope to share insights and giddiness so as to be helpful to the homecare medical device companies who are suffering in the market of rapid development and fierce competition.
