| The double growth of the network scale and the costumers brings new challenges to the telecom operators,and brings new demands to the marketing organization and management.The traditional telecom operators reconstruct the enterprise marketing organization by the innovation of the small contract and intensive management changes.The traditional telecom operator is divided into front-end marketing department and back-end maintenance department.The staff works independently each other.It results in long working flow,less cooperation,and serious internal friction.Based on the above situation,the J Province Telecom uses collaborative marketing to connect the front-end and back-end,developing a collaborative marketing system for the small contract management.This thesis introduces the basic knowledge of grid marketing,collaborative marketing,the small contracting and the eTOM model.It lists the PEST analysis of the telecommunications industry,and introduces the business environment that the J Province Telecom faced.Based on the operation data,the grid and the small contract management of J Province Telecom,this thesis discusses the necessity of collaborative marketing in J Province Telecom.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the J Telecom in collaborative marketing system.This system contains a branch of the organization structure;the main workflow and IT support tools.The organization structures three structures that used in three periods.The work flow graph analyzes the work details;the construction of the IT system made for the small contract is also discussed.After that,the article analyzes the practical value of J Telecom cooperative marketing system through the analysis of the small work instance of a Branch Bureau of J province.Through the analysis of cooperative marketing system,this thesis points out that the collaborative marketing system of J telecom contains a branch of the organization structure;the main workflows and IT support tools.The telecom operators enterprise have been gradually to the big data and precise marketing,while J Province Telecom’s cooperative marketing system that based on small contract organization method is worth learning. |
