With the rapid development of the national economy,the level of information and office automation has gradually been improved in domestic bank.With the development of the bank management philosophy,the traditional management of bank and customer relationship has been unable to meet the basic needs of the development of banks.However,the development of data mining technology can be a good solution to this problem,allowing the in-depth analysis of bank customer data,exploring the intrinsic information and rules.Such data,therefore,can be transformed into accessible information,which provides evidence for decision-making,and enables banks to gain an edge in the market competition.In this paper,a bank in Hunan Province as a research carrier,fully studied the domestic and international banking customer relationship management system development status,combined with the bank's existing business data,the use of decision tree technology,data preprocessing technology for data mining,focusing on the decision Tree generation process.Based on the results of the mining,together with the status quo of the business operations,the author has carried out a detailed analysis of the customer relationship management system and designed a customer relationship management system under the precondition of securing the scalability and maintainability.Finally,the author realized the operating of this system after repeating tests of its functions.The system is mainly composed of five modules,i.e.statement analysis module,contribution of the module,analysis module,classification module,marketing analysis of customer behavior and customer information query module.The practice has proved that the implementation of customer relationship management system of rural commercial bank in Hunan Province has greatly improved the dependence and loyalty of the bank and improved the market competitiveness of the bank.
