As the increasing faster of the process of informatization,enterprises introduce information technology/information system to improve their competitiveness one after another.But after the introduction of information technology/information system,the implementation effect of most of the enterprises did not achieve the desired effect.Enterprises began to realize that technical factors are only one side of improving the enterprises'informatization level.As the end user of information technology/information system,the staffs could adopt and use information technology/information system effectively become the focus of enterprises.The thesis regard marine engineering enterprises' staffs'active adoption decision-making for HSE system as the research object,mainly study the key influencing factors of staffs' active adoption decision-making behaviors in order to take measures to promote the implementation performance of HSE system in marine engineering enterprises.The thesis combines theoretical analysis and empirical research,references technology acceptance theory,social psychology,organization theory,by the aspect of organization level and individual level,discusses the process of psychology changing of marine engineering enterprises' staffs' active adoption decision-making for HSE system.By the analysis of four factors-organizational support,self-efficacy,trust,individual creativity,clarify the operation mechanism of marine engineering enterprises' staffs' active adoption for HSE system,then put forward the research hypothesis by this basis and construct the conceptual model.The innovations of this thesis are list below:(1)Conduct the study of IS adoption decision-making by the perspective of marine engineering enterprises' safety management;(2)Study the adoption decision-making behavior for HSE system of marine engineering enterprises' staffs as an integral part of the diffusion process from dynamic perspective and combine with the enterprise hierarchy;(3)Put forward the mechanism of marine engineering enterprises' staffs' psychological cognition-self-efficacy,perception of trust and individual innovation on active adoption decision-making behavioral intention and the method of improving active adoption behavioral intention by influencing organizational support-the antecedents of staffs' self-efficacy.Finally,the thesis proposes the countermeasures of enhancing marine engineering enterprises' staffs' active adoption behavioral intention for HSE system and improving the operational effectiveness of HSE system based on the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing,mainly embodied as:(1)Marine engineering enterprises should give staffs actively emotional support and instrumental support to improve staffs'perceived organizational support and build a harmonious organization-staff relations;(2)Marine engineering enterprises should shape a good organizational climate and provide appropriate technical support,concentrate on improving staffs' self-efficacy as a long-term goal of enterprises'human resource training;(3)Marine engineering enterprises should improve staffs' trust perception of HSE system and organization;(4)Marine engineering enterprises should enhance staffs' awareness of HSE system and cultivate staffs' innovation consciousness constantly to improve innovative features of staffs;(5)Marine engineering enterprises should optimize the management functions of HSE system and make perfect HSE system implementation strategies to guarantee the effectiveness of HSE system.
