| In recent years,the state has gradually relaxed the rural financial market access policy,new rural financial institutions and organizations are emerging,of which,the rural banks accounted for the vast majority of new rural financial institutions.As the first prefectural bank in China,Xiangxi Changhang Village bank depend on the system advantage of legal-person position,geographical advantage of closing to customer,efficiency advantage of convenient service,has grown into the backbone of the targeted poverty alleviation,the good partners of the small enterprises,the major force of new rural construction,it has been national top 100 in rural banking industry.After a field study on the banks in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,this paper started from the development background and course of rural banks,used the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and then researched the business model,management model and profit model of Xiangxi Changhang village bank.Based on the analysis results,this paper summarizes the reason of rapid development and weakness of Xiangxi Changhang village bank.The author analyzes the business model mainly from four aspects of market orientation,loan mode,financing mode and customer relationship;Analyzing management model from four aspects of the external organizational structure,internal organizational structure,personnel management and corporate culture;After that,the author has disserted the profit model of Xiangxi Changhang village bank,and then analyzed the the influencing factors of profitability.Finally,the author has given the reference suggestions of China’s rural banks’ development model in poverty-stricken areas.According to the results of the study,thanking to the great effort in business model,management model and profit model,Xiangxi Changhang village bank has developed rapidly in recent years.However,this bank set up for a short time,it’s immature development model,non-standard system has limited the development of Xiangxi Changhang village bank.Therefore,Village banks should improve their development model by persisting their characteristics of business,advancing their streamlined management and exploring their intensificate transformation. |
