A Study On The Internal Control Of Inventory Of Z Fishery Company

With the improving global economic environment,agricultural companies in China are experiencing difficult tests and challenges.The inventory of agricultural enterprises is large in quantity and widely distributed,most of which are consumable biological assets.Its growth process is sometimes difficult to follow the laws of nature and is greatly affected by the external environment.The above characteristics lead to the uncertainty of the future value of the inventories,at the same time,it also brings a lot of trouble to the inventory management of agricultural enterprises.In such complex inventory characteristics and external environment,the company gradually realized that only by strengthening the inventory internal control system and perfecting the stock risk management mechanism would it be possible to identify risks,avoid risks and even turn risks into opportunities,eventually achieving good results Business purposes,enhance their competitiveness.The internal control of agricultural enterprises in our country started relatively late and did not have a high awareness.Many enterprises even deviated their understanding of the definition of internal control,making it even less possible to study the internal control system of inventories based on the risk management mechanism.Therefore,research on the internal control of agricultural enterprises inventory has considerable value.In this paper,by introducing procedures and characteristics of Z Fishery's internal control of inventory,the paper analyzes the status quo of the internal control of inventory and analyzes the main defects of Z Fishery's inventory control and puts forward some suggestions.Z Fisheries stock internal control issues analyzed under the framework of COSO-ERM in this paper in the risk management aspect of view to help agricultural enterprises to improve inventory control.The relevant reviews both at home and abroad about inventory and internal control and introduces the research content and significance of the research are depicted in this paper first.Then based on the risk management framework,from the viewpoint of fiduciary responsibility and decision-making,the internal control of inventory and internal control of agricultural enterprises are analyzed in this paper.Then a series of theoretical are reviewed and a detailed overview of the COSO-ERM framework theory provided.Finally,the representative Z Fishery Company is selected as the research object in this paper,and carries on case analysis.The article first has the basic overview of the case enterprise Z Fishery Company,and the review of the current cold water mass incidents,using the COSO-ERM framework.After analyzing the cold water mass incidents,it was found that Z Fishery's internal control of inventories posed tremendous problems.Afterwards,based on the COSO-ERM framework constructive,comments are given on the problems existing in the internal control of Z Fishery's stockpiles.
