Research On Financing Capability Of Listed Companies On GEM

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of the capital market,the GEM listed companies which are characterized by high growth,high innovation and development models.They have become an important part of China's social economy.The GEM listed companies have made great efforts to alleviate the employment pressure,promote social and economic stability,and provide a strong guarantee.But the GEM listed companies in the process of development and growth has been plagued by financing problems,financing capacity to face obstacles.Once the listed companies resolve their financial setbacks,then these companies will be able to increase capital capacity and promote the stable development of listed companies on GEM,therefore,providing sustained economic development for our country.This paper uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis method,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and financing theories,the paper takes the index data of GEM listed companies as the research sample,deeply analyzes the status of the financing of listed companies in the GEM,financing problems and the factors that promote the financing capacity.Based on the analysis of M Company's financing capacity,this paper proves that the financing capacity of the Company is affected by the profitability,solvency,enterprise scale,development ability,operation ability and innovation ability.To provide effective solutions to the obstacles in the company's financial capacity.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,and it introduces the research background,significance and domestic and foreign research summary.The second chapter is about the related theories with financing capacity of listed companies on GEM.The third chapter is the financing status and financing environment analysis of listed companies on GEM.The fourth chapter selects 6 factors and 16 data indexes which affect the financing capacity of listed companies on GEM,and the evaluation result utilizes factor analysis method to evaluate and analyze.The fifth chapter is a case study,select M listed on the GEM as an example,through the M company's profile and the status of financing capacity to conduct a specific analysis.The sixth chapter is based on the status quo of financing ability of listed companies and M companies in GEM,the existing problems of raising financing ability and the research results,and puts forward some suggestions such as enhancing the awareness of managers' financing risk,expanding diversified financing channels and strengthening the sustainable development of the company,Etc.,to enhance M GEM financing ability of listed companies related countermeasures and suggestions.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,and it puts forward the shortage of GEM listed companies financing capacity research and the future research prospects.
