Study On The Linkage Of Investment And Loan Business Model Of Commercial Bank

The linkage of investment and loan is an important form of commercial banks to support entrepreneurial innovation.It achieves win-win between commercial banks,equity investment institutions and entrepreneurial innovation enterprises through the investment and financing mode of equity and creditor's rights.It is of great practical significance to support the development of entrepreneurial innovation enterprises.The state introduced a pilot internal investment linkage policy,once again caused a wide range of investment and lending business research.The linkage of investment and loan may be an effective way for commercial banks to improve financial services and support innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper analyzes some models of China's banks trying to carry out external linkage of investment,and thinks that some banks have accumulated a lot of experience in carrying out external investment and loan linkage business.The development of external investment linkage business is beneficial to banks to realize the benefits and technological enterprises Financing,but still face some difficulties and policy barriers,such as compensation for the risk of investment income can not be left in the commercial banks,while banks and external equity investment institutions in the risk of culture,business philosophy and incentive mechanisms vary widely,it is difficult to establish a community of interests consistent with the principle of incentive compatibility,resulting in low linkage efficiency and high coordination costs.Secondly,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the internal pilot investment of the pilot bank,that is,through the bank to set up a subsidiary with investment function,indirectly hold the equity of the invested enterprise,so as to realize the internalization of the investment bank,low cost.But the scope of the pilot is limited,the majority of small and medium banks are not operational.In view of the existing problems in the bank's joint venture business,we try to put forward the business model of credit linkage for our country.First,the United States Silicon Valley investment and loan linkage business model has concrete examples in China,which provides reference for more banks.Secondly,this article from the bank's own development,government departments to promote the construction of a good economic and financial environment,the bank to carry out internal and externalinvestment linkage business made specific recommendations.And finally concluded that the bank should be integrated with their own business development and resources to determine the way to carry out the business linkage of investment;future investment linkage is the probability of opening up more banks to set up equity investment in the form of subsidiaries to carry out the pilot,but this will not affect the bank and equity investment opportunities between the cooperation model,the interaction between banks and equity investment institutions will become more frequent.
