Feasibility Study On TY Paper Green Supply Chain Project

In the investment decision-making of project management,the feasibility study plays an important role.The feasibility study for its rigorous scientific analysis method,become an indispensable part in project investment decision-making,through feasibility analysis,project can reduce or avoid the potential risks and losses to a certain extent,so the feasibility analysis has more and more important position and significance of the new project.Paper making enterprise is a big consumer of resources and energy,but also a big polluter.Under the background of "made in China 2025",how to change the traditional operation mode of "high input,high consumption and high pollution" in paper industry is a problem that every paper enterprise needs to solve.Through the study of green supply chain management,the concept of sustainable development will be applied to the production process,improve the production of green products,reduce production costs,to produce high-quality,green products,not only have enough economic benefits,but also improve the enterprise social benefits.This paper takes TY paper industry as the research object,and takes the feasibility of implementing green supply chain management and project implementation in TY paper industry as the research category.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of green supply chain management in detail according to the characteristics of TY paper making enterprises,so as to formulate appropriate measures suitable for the enterprise,and provide valuable experience for enterprises to carry out green supply chain management.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the project from the aspects of technological innovation,environmental and ecological and economic benefits,social benefits and social risk,and provide a theoretical basis on the actual situation of the project,and concluded that the project has a high social benefit and economic value,therefore,the construction of the project is feasible.
