The emergence of structured products is an important milestones of the financial derivatives market.Although with only 30 years in the course of development,the growth is rapid.In terms of maturity,structure,underlying assets and size of product,different terms are set to make the products have different specialties to satisfy the interests of both sides.The structured products market in China started late and has been developing rapidly.In the early days of structured products market in China,they attract the market as soon as issued.Within a few years time,the development is fast,and became one focal field of commercial banking.As the short history of such products,it was not quite concerned by many scholars in China.The research is mainly limited to the product features,policy suggestions and market feasibility.In view of the research situation in China,this thesis starts from the structured equity-linked products,and focuses on the basic characteristics of product structure,risk management,product return,and so on,the study emphasis of this thesis is product pricing and development of structured equity-linked productsProduct pricing is one of the key points of structured products study,and is also an important foundation for competitiveness with foreign investment banks.Starts form product components of structured products,this thesis discussed the process of product pricing of various products.During the empirical studies of pricing model,this thesis proposed a synthetical pricing method creatively against a relative popular product with prepayment terms.In terms of development of structured equity-linked products,this thesis analyzed the problems in the market of structured equity-linked products in China,parsing the business processes of the design of products,pricing,risk management and product distribution.Finally,this thesis offered some suggestions in two ways,by publishers and exterior market environment,so as to enrich the types of products,meet demand from investors and improve the capital market developing healthily.
