The Influence Of Financing Constraints On Ofdi With Chinese Enterprises

At present,China is the second largest foreign direct investment country after the United States,but the enterprise OFDI is still faced with relatively large financing constraints,to ease this constraint requires financial support,especially the support of commercial banks.Therefore,this paper focuses on the financing constraints of commercial banks on corporate OFDI,and takes listed companies as samples to study the impact of financing constraints on corporate OFDI.First,this paper summarizes Chinese enterprise OFDI status,examines the financing constraints faced OFDI listed companies and commercial banks of the listed company with the support of OFDI;then,the enterprise profit maximization and utility maximization based on the hypothesis,this paper constructs the theoretical model specification,logical mechanism of impact of financing constraints on corporate OFDI the author has explained;later,this paper selects 1148 listed companies as research samples,through comprehensive index structure of financing constraints,setting model of financing constraints influence study enterprise OFDI empirical analysis using FGLS regression method,finally summarized research conclusions and policy recommendations.This paper points out that the financing constraints will restrain enterprise OFDI,the financial support of the commercial banks to ease the financing constraints faced by enterprises,and then promote the enterprise OFDI,in the country to encourage enterprises to go out of the policy,to solve the financing constraints faced by enterprises should be the core of the policy,which especially should formulate corresponding policies and measures for commercial banks.At the same time,the problem of foreign direct investment to help enterprises Chinese study of China ’The Belt and Road’ strategy.
