Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of The Government Budget Disclosure In Suihua City

Priority among priorities of the reform of government budget public budget,the basic requirements of building service-oriented government and responsibility must be budget work,safeguard the citizen has a certain right to know,but also to build a basic requirement for the establishment of a modern financial system,public finance.The public budget of the government to the public is the key task of realizing the scientific and orderly management of the financial system reform,and also shows the degree of social public participation.With the continuous development of economy and society,the government budget has become increasingly perfect and sound,and the public strength has been continuously increased.The public content has been constantly improved,and the form of public affairs has been constantly improved.In this paper,the revised "budget law" as the research background,combined with the current budget system reform,elaborated on the government budget,open concept theory,history and status quo on the basis of the Suihua city level as an example,the analysis of the current situation on the existing problems and reasons,to find a way.Combined with the reasons and find ways to summarize by revealing problems summarized analysis,found in Suihua City,insufficient understanding of the importance of the budget,the form is not perfect,integrity needs to be improved,the performance of the mechanism is not perfect,and combined with the problems of further research.So,in order to improve the overall level of the Suihua municipal government public budget,based on the current financial system reform and the requirements of relevant laws and regulations,according to the actual level of Suihua City,from the construction of the rule of law,establish and perfect the management mechanism of the public participation and supervision and management level to research countermeasure,put forward some constructive suggestions.I hope this study can further standardize,Suihua municipal government budget to further improve,further transparent provide strong reference,also hope to provide a reference basis for the budget management system reform in Suihua city.
