As the central bank gradually liberalized the bank interest rate management level,the commercial banks in China are facing a major test and challenge after the completion of the shareholding system reform.The interaction to the bank deposits and loans and the current interest rate open environment,coupled with the real economy has entered a new normal stage of development,will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of commercial banks in the market risk,liquidity risk,operational risk and reputation risk management.Therefore,starting from the risk type and combining the practical situation of the specific bank interest rate management,the business transformation and the adjustment of management strategy are tried.For this,the combination of China's current interest rate market implementation situation,through a comprehensive study on the related concepts and the theoretical system of risk management and combined with the J bank Y branch is facing a comprehensive liberalization of interest rates in the central bank,using the SWOT analysis method of commercial banks to face in the process of interest rate liberalization opportunities and challenges in the face of the advantages and problems of the comprehensive induction.Finally,countermeasures are put forward in terms of risk management culture construction,internal control and governance structure improvement,standardized operation process establishment,interest rate risk identification and management system improvement,interest rate risk measurement tool optimization and management personnel training.The aim of this paper is to improve the level of commercial banks' profit and the ability to resist risk by improving the risk management.
