Research On The Influencing Factors Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Equipment Manufacturing Industries In Liaoning

With the development of China’s economy,the manufacturing sector faces major opportunities and challenges.In order to adapt to the new situation of development,transformation and upgrading of manufacturing issue has become urgent.China has become a manufacturing powerhouse,nevertheless,compared to developed countries and manufacturing powers,overall level of technological development of manufacturing industry in China is still backward,value-added products remain a low level,Chinese government also issued a series of relevant policies and regulations to promote the development of manufacturing,"Made in China 2025 "plan becomes China’s manufacturing industry getting out of the bottleneck of the beacon.Manufacturing industry is the foundation of a nation,it relates to the rise and fall of the country’s economic development,transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry are beneficial to the country’s industrialization process and industrial structure.It is fairly essential to profit margins and production costs of enterprises as well,the community can also promote the employment and so on.The Northeast is known as the old industrial base,Liaoning province,as a member of the Northeast,the economic situation has certainly improved.Compared to the past,however,the industry still faces high energy consumption,severe pollution,low added value,scientific and technological innovation holding a fairly small proportion,small scale of enterprises,poor service systems and so on.The overall structure of Liaoning’s manufacturing industry has been slow in recent years,and labor-intensive industries still account for a large proportion.This kind of industrial structure will have adverse effects on economic development.It is significant to find effective ways to upgrade the entire manufacturing industry.With the "Made in China 2025 " plan at the Executive meeting of the State Council to upgrade again,manufacturing transformation is to the point of urgency.The sound development of the manufacturing industry,not only simply to pursue speed,but also to pursue appropriate ways and means,it should accord with China’s national conditions and in line with requirements of innovative,green development path.Existing literature for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing enterprises is always starting from the survey,business transformation is not yet upgraded with direct study of the relationships between the factors.Reasons are as following:on the one hand due to the extension of the concept of enterprise transformation and upgrading of products,technology,property right and system management and other factors,it is difficult to reflect the individual indicators;the others has yet to propose a set of evaluation criteria for quantitative,it cannot be researched between the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Therefore,on the basis of existing studies,this paper chooses Liaoning province as the research object using binary choice model,the database of industrial enterprises and cities data merge,using of new product output value and TFP growth rate for identification of explanatory variables.The factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises are analyzed from the perspective of enterprises and the geographic Angle of enterprises in order to analyze this issue synthetically.This paper chooses Liaoning’s equipment manufacturing enterprises and corresponding prefecture-level city data to research.Among them,enterprise level analysis from humanity,finance and enterprise scale,the level of prefecture-level city is analyzed from the perspective of manpower,education input and the proportion of added value of the secondary industry,the main factors that affect the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises are obtained.The main article in this paper consists of the following 5 chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the article.It introduces the main face of research background and meaning,puts together a research on thinking and framework,sorts out the existing research results and summary and improves the inadequacies of existing research results.These will provide important an reference for this paper.On the basis of the existing literature,Chapter two analyzes and summarizes relevant theory of enterprise transformation and upgrading in manufacturing.This chapter also introduces industry upgrade,business transformation and upgrading of the concepts,principles,characteristics and path,and the manufacturing industry’s basic concept,classification,characteristics and goals.The third chapter analyzes the present situation of Liaoning manufacturing enterprises.It finds that transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning province is still faced with enormous challenges and difficulties from manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province faces problems and challenges and the reasons,such as the growth of industrial added value was negative,low level of industry association,lack of innovation,slow development of private enterprise,sustainable development course is slow,serious brain-drain problem.The reason for the problem can be boiled down to:industrial structure is unreasonable,early developmental system effects,inferior soft power of manufacturing in the province,and several reasons.Fourth chapter uses binary choice models.First identify the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,recognition of the basic rule is:the first,TFP growth rates in excess of 10%;second,the share of new products in enterprises grouped by 0,30%,50%,each set of rules both of the previous enterprise as an act of transformation and upgrading,and generates the corresponding dummy variables as explanatory variables.Subsequently readers can measure of firm-level data of the individual micro-environment indicators and measurable data at the district level indicators of the macroeconomic policy environment and the explained variable regression,concluded that the relationship between them,which explore the transformation and upgrading of enterprises from the empirical aspects of root causes.Policy recommendations part of the fifth chapter,mainly summarizes the study and concludes that the previous text.combines with the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry enterprise in Liaoning province status and makes relevant policy and research recommendations.
