The cost issue is an eternal research topic in the fields of management,accounting,and economics.In the era of increasingly fierce market competition and increasingly globalized world economy,people are paying more and more attention to the accuracy of cost accounting.To achieve sustainable development,increase profit margins,and obtain as much output as possible with less investment,companies must pay attention to cost issues.Activity-based cost management only retains value-added operations and tasks that must be performed in the management process,and it is necessary to streamline and eliminate operations that cannot bring value to the enterprise,thereby realizing management objectives of improving efficiency and reducing costs.In addition,people have expanded the application of ABC to flexible production,process transformation,total quality,supply chain management and other fields.This shows that the importance of job cost management for the development of corporate strategy.The current study of ABC has not been specific to each stage of the company's life cycle,however,the ultimate goal of cost management is that the average cost per unit of the company's life cycle can be lower than that of competitors.For this reason,the operating cost management in different stages of the company's life cycle must have its own emphasis.
