Research On Improvement Of Internet Financial Supervision

After several years' rapid and brutal rowing,China'sInternet finance now has so many fraud corporations and regulatory lags,the regulatory system need to improve urgently.With Jiangxi Province as an example,the province's development of Internet finance is in the general level,most of the headquarters are in Nanchang,majority of them are located in the Financial Business District,juristic person of Jiangxi Province is less than 30,and branches of national-wide Internet loan platform are more than one thousand.Regarding to the rapid development of the Internet finance in Jiangxi Province,regulators are increasingly concerned about how to guide the Internet finance to a right and healthy direction.Due to the deficiencies in supervision now,regulators are thinking on the Internet finance regulatory issues more carefully.The domestic research on the financial supervision is still beginning,the research on Internet finance is almost none.Due to the legal system is relatively mature abroad,the relevant law in finance are more than China,those laws can greatly help us to study the role of China's financial regulation in Internet finance.Doing research of the Internet financial regulation can not only build the supervision theory,but also standardize the construction of the Internet financial regulatory system,particularly the frequently happened illegal fund-raising cases and weak supervision currently,and to provide theoretical support in fighting illegal fund-raising work,to help government to build Internet financial regulatory system and make scientific Internet financial regulatory policies,especially to guide different levels of regulation after the policy become effective.
