Research On The Cross-border Circulation Management Of RMB In The Border Areas Of Yunnan Province

Yunnan province is located in China-ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)free trade area,the greater Mekong sub-regional cooperation economic cooperation area,China and India,Bangladesh and Myanmar collection of economic cooperation zones,in the national border development and opening-up strategy occupies an important position.In recent years,to promote the process of RMB regionalization and internationalization,the Yunnan province is an opportunity to construct the experimental area of financial comprehensive reform along the border,seize the opportunity,first try bravely and promote the development of the business,and actively encourage the border trade use RMB as the settlement currency,vigorously promoting cross-border RMB circulation,promote the RMB to go out.With the continuous development of Yunnan province economic and trade exchanges with its neighboring countries,Cross-border flows of RMB across the border are growing,but it also brings many problems to the management.Based on the available research results the RMB cross-border circulation accordingly,on the basis of induction and collation,in Xishuangbanna,the RMB cross-border circulation problem as the research object,using the RMB cross-border circulation,Xishuangbanna,master in the work of the author of the relevant data and field investigation data,the writer systematically analyzes the present situation of the cross-border circulation management,Xishuangbanna,sum up the problems existing in the management.This paper argues that,in recent years,along with the great changes in size and structure of the border trade in Xishuangbanna,increasing the financial regulators to the difficulty of the cross-border circulation monitoring,and management of the existing power and management is difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the new situation,the cooperation between relevant departments in China and the international is the poor co-ordination,lead to many problems of the RMB cross-border circulation management in Xishuangbanna,such as the management does not reach the designated position,service quality is not high,more regulatory loopholes and so an.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward,in order to promote the orderly and healthy development of the cross-border circulation in Yunnan province,shall establish and improve the border area of the RMB cross-border flow monitoring system,strengthen financial services associated with the RMB cross-border circulation work,promote the development of border trade and investment,to provide policy reference for further advance the RMB cross-border circulation.
