The economic globalization,the world economy is closely linked and interdependent,formed by the developed countries and multinational corporations as the driving force of the global market economy development pattern,because the enterprise's foreign direct investment activities can bring to their great practical significance,including on the country's international balance of payments,industrial structure,enterprise competition ability,resource utilization and the level of employment and other aspects of the role,the world countries pay more attention to the domestic enterprise's transnational investment.In such a big background of the world economy,since China's "going out" since the implementation of the strategy in the field of foreign direct investment has also made important achievements in 2015,China's foreign direct investment ranked second in the world,and become the first overseas net capital loss.In 2016,China invested a total of about 170 billion 100 million US dollars in 7961 overseas enterprises in 164 countries and regions,representing an increase of 44.1%over the previous year.The North American direct investment amounted to $48 billion,accounting for about 28.22%of the total amount of foreign direct investment,and on the North American investment 94%went to the United States,so the study of direct investment in the United
