Empirical Research On Digital City Management In Anfu County, Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of economy in our country,the city expands scale unceasingly,the content of the urban management become more and more complex.The traditional concept,system mechanism and methods of urban management have been unable to adapt to the development of the times.How to strengthen and innovate social management,and transform the mode of modern urban management have become an important issue to promote sustainable development of urban.The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee clearly put forward that to promote the modernization of national management system and management ability,to promote the innovation of the city construction and management.The report of 19 th national congress of the CPC put forward the important judgment of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so it should keep pace with the times and work hard to solve the problems caused by the unbalanced development of urban fine management.As a new model of urban management,the digital city management realizes the standard requirement of the city fine management,such as diversification,centralization and flexibility,which on the basis of the organic combination of the two form department coordinate linkage mechanism.But from the the situation of actual practice,there are still many shortcomings which restrict the digital urban management system into full play the role,also affects the efficiency of city management.This paper take the Anfu County as an example,and use the methods of field research,literature research,questionnaire survey and others,to research the status from home and abroad,related concepts and theories of urban management,to analyze the present situation of Anfu County which exists the problems such as lack of professional staff and management,imperfect evaluation system,low public participation.Then we can get the advanced experience of other domestic cities to carry out the digital urban management work,put forward the advice to expand application areas,strengthen the government leading,increase team and personnel security,improve the appraisal supervision mechanism,and encourage the public to participate actively.Eventually to perfect the digital urban management work of Anfu County,to solve the problems that existing in the process of digital urban management,to improve the efficiency city management.At the same time,it can provides references of the construction and operation of digital urban management to other cities in China.
