The bond market is an important part and foundation of the country's financial market.The bond market has the functions of social financing,capital flow,and national macro-control.After more than half a century of development,China's bond market has made great progress,especially in recent years.China's inter-bank bond market accounts for the largest proportion in China's bond market,the balance of corporate bond ranks second in the world and first in Asia.The bond market after the crisis in 2013 exposed some problems,crimes such as backroom deal and interest transfer were exposed.The healthy development of China's bond market,especially the corporate bond in the inter-bank bond market,has received extensive attention.The paper begins with the evolution of operational management theory,explains the basic theory of operation management and operation management theory.Based on the development history of China's bond market,the paper analyzes the structure of bond market in China and the bond issuance mechanism according to the objective development law of the bond market,and compares it with the US bond market.The paper addresses the problems existing in the issuance of corporate bond in China's inter-bank bond market,and based on the theory of business process reengineering,explains the construction and practical results of centralized book building in China's inter-bank bond market.The paper establishes an advanced operation and management model through business processes,system systems,market services,and risk prevention and control,provides references for the long-term sustainable and healthy development of China's bond market,and for improving the level of prevention and resolution of financial risks.
