Small and micro enterprises,which are increasingly significant in China's overall economic system,have been playing an irreplaceable role in China's economic development and the comprehensive construction of a harmonious society.With the increasing contributions to the national economy,more attentions have been put on small and micro enterprises.As the main force to the national economic development,there has been many positive policies and measures made by the country to support the development of small and micro enterprises.The environment for starting small and micro enterprises in China is greatly optimistic in the present society.However,there still has many factors that restrain the development of small and micro enterprises under the existing conditions in China.Besides,the financial development of small and micro enterprises is also a severe problem in China's economy.Meanwhile,hardly can people believe that the credit model of state-owned commercial banks is a good one to provide financial services for the development of small and micro enterprises in a traditional sense.This directly leads to the under-appreciated supports to small micro enterprises from the state-owned commercial banks in various ways.Therefore,actions are still needed from different aspects to help with the development of small and micro enterprises.With the example of one state-owned commercial bank,this paper pointed out the problems during the development of state-owned commercial banks and proposed certain solutions by analyzing the current supportive policies and achievements of state-owned commercial banks with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
