| In recent years,along with the development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the popularization of automobile has been further promoted,and its demand has maintained a rapid growth momentum.However,the high degree of dependence on oil resources and the problem of pollution are becoming increasingly prominent.New energy vehicles emerge as the times require,and the development of new energy vehicle industry is also in line with the strategic direction of national development.Therefore,the government has introduced a series of policies to promote new energy vehicles;at the same time,the demand for funds in the industry is increasing,such as a wide variety of investment and financing methods,such as mergers and acquisitions,backdoor listing,and so on,has developed rapidly in these years.In April 2014,JIANGSU DONGYUAN ELECTRICAL GROUP CO.,LTD,a listed company for the production and sale of the main business and distribution equipment,issued a suspension bulletin and claimed that a major asset restructuring was being planned.After five months,Dongyuan issued a formal document,called GUOXUAN HIGH-TECH CO.,LTD,a leading enterprises in lithium industry,will officially enter the A shares market through the purchase of assets and other operations in the backdoor listing of shares issued.In addition,from the performance point of view,the conclusion of the event study method and the financial ratio analysis method is generally consistent,all show that the event is the advantage of the long and short period brought by the listed company,but on this basis,the Z-score model can be found that the enterprise should be vigilant to the increasing financial risk and make the response as early as possible.It is believed that in the future,with the continuous support of governments on emerging industries and the maturity of financial markets,similar Chaoyang enterprises can also learn from this case in order to maintain long-term growth and vitality. |
