As a basic industry of the national economy,tourism has a strong leading role in other related industries.The stable and sustainable development of tourism companies is of great significance for stimulating local economic development and improving people’s quality of life.Tourism companies based on the operation of scenic spots as a capital-intensive enterprise,enriching tourism experience to create customer value,and reducing capital chain risk are important issues in the development process.In recent years,the competitive environment in the tourism market has become increasingly severe.The situation of heavy assets and light profits has become more common.Diversified operations,borrowing money for development,and debt operation are the operating models adopted by many companies.How to enhance the value-creating ability to improve the profitability of assets while controlling the liquidity of funds is an important part of corporate management.The use of value chain theory to subdivide working capital into various value links will help start with the flow of working capital,through the design and implementation of internal controls,and on the basis of ensuring the safety of funds and avoiding the occurrence of liquidity crises,excavating enterprises.Workflow and information flow in the value chain improve the operational efficiency of the company.Theoretically,there are few studies on the working capital of tourism companies.The value chain theory is combined with internal control to study less the working capital of tourism companies.In the actual operation of tourism,there is not enough analysis on the value chain of tourism companies and the control of working capital.Attention and attention.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to combine the related theory of value chain with the internal control theory and apply it to the travel company’s working capital control system.This article combines literature research and case analysis methods.First,it elaborates on the relevance of value chain related theory and internal control theory,and provides theoretical support for the following text.Management of working capital classified from the value chain links,and the operating funds at each link are the objects of control.Control is an important management tool that achieves the company’s expected goals,prevents the fracture of the capital chain,enhances the efficiency of the company,and ensures the healthy development of the company.Afterwards,the J company case was introduced.Starting from the working capital status of procurement input,productionprovisioning,marketing promotion and financial management activities,it was pointed out that there was a lack of control awareness,single risk identification,and general control activities,etc.,and the causes of the problems were analyzed in depth.Then based on the deficiencies to propose the appropriate countermeasures:(1)to improve the value chain theory and working capital control of the degree of emphasis,identify competitive advantage;(2)from the value of the status of the working capital of the status quo,targeted countermeasures.Integrate the value chain theory into the working capital control system and scientifically design the control.Through the working capital distributed in each value link of the company,revisit the construction of the upstream company’s value chain,its own value chain,and its downstream value chain.The combination of working capital and control has a certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the value creation ability of tourism companies,improving the working capital control system,and preventing financial risks.
