Research On Project Cost Control Information System Of JG Company Based On Activity-Based Costing

In modern society,competition is an eternal theme.Over the past decades,China’s economy has experienced rapid development.At present,the development of China’s market has changed from the original explosive growth mode to the fine growth mode.Facing the fierce market competition environment,how to reduce the operation cost of enterprises is a problem that every company is thinking about.In particular,for the construction of this industry with more labor,labor intensive and low level of automation,the related enterprises hope to find a cost control method which can effectively reduce the cost,improve the control level and improve the competitive ability in the market competition.Through field investigation,literature research and other methods,this paper takes JG company as a case study.Through the in-depth analysis of the lack of concept,lack of measures,slow feedback and so on in the cost control of JG company,this paper puts forward the theory of activity-based costing,in order to strengthen management,process and carry out information system.Unified measures should be taken as a means to comprehensively deepen the financial reform and effectively enhance the cost control level of enterprises.Starting with the project of JG company,this paper carries out the work analysis of the project,the cost driver analysis,the design of the cost sharing system and so on.The work process of the construction project is combed and analyzed,and the related information system of the project cost control is developed,and the project cost control of the project is effectively carried out.Overall optimization.The significance of this paper is to apply the theory of activity-based costing to the actual construction projects of JG company,to solve the current JG company’s defects in cost control,to strengthen the management level of the enterprise,and to provide some reference for other construction enterprises to improve the efficiency of the competitiveness of the whole building enterprise.
