In recent years,global food safety accidents happens frequently,which has aroused the keen concern of consumers,manufacturers,governments,manufacturers and scholars all over the world.With the development of industrialization,the social division of labor is becoming more and more specified,food will also need to go through many procedure and process before reaching to consumers,it is difficult for consumers to understand the whole process of food production and operation,the market information is incomplete,incomplete and asymmetry aroused the main responsibility is not to be clear,food safety is difficult to guarantee.Food safety is not only related to the public health of the consumer’s life and,but also threatens the harmony and stability of the whole social and economic operation.The relevant theories and practices have shown that the establishment of a traceability system for a healthy food is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of food safety.However,compared with the developed countries,the construction of food traceability system in China is still lagging behind,which is hard to satisfy people’s growing demand for food safety.Therefore,the construction of traceable food safety system is an important work to reduce food safety accidents,further improve our food market incentive mechanism and improve the level of food safety supervision in China.Firstly,based on the comprehensive review,and combing the relevant literature and theory basis of research on related theories of food and food traceability system,the article redefines the concept of traceability food and summarizes the function of traceability food,thoughing the perspective cost and interests,we analysis the behavior mechanism of traceability system,thoughing the curve of supply and demand,price volatility and market failure we firstly reveals the internal mechanism and the basic law,we also analysis the special market nature of the Traceable Food,which is different from ordinary food,thereby.All of the work has broaden the theoretical basis of this study and the field of vision.The formation of an emerging market cannot run well without sufficient market demand and strong consumer willingness,this paper based on the theory of consumer behavior,summed up the main factors of purchase intention,including demographic characteristics,consumer behavior factors and psychological factors,attributes of traceable food,and thenconstructed the traceability food purchase intention index system;By 327 valid samples based on the questionnaire survey and the logistic model,we analysis the influence to the consumer about the traceable food with a quantitative way,which is helping us to analysis and enhance the purchase intention,and draw up relevant policy recommendations with a scientific theoretical basis.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to further build and improve the traceability food system in China from the perspective of improving consumers’ purchase intention.
