Z Power Grid Company Centralized Management Research

Money is the key of enterprise running,its smooth operation will seriously affect enterprise's core competitiveness,the capital chain that meets the demands of enterprise will bring more profit to enterprise.Management level to group company has been rising for the development of economy.The centralized control of capital will optimize the control system of capital,and improve the utilization proficiency of capital,in addition,it is also helpful for the reducing of capital risk of group company.This article firstly gives the background of capital centralized control,including Internal Capital Market Theory,Principal-agent Theory,and Internal Control Theory.Then this article puts forward six specific pattern(including unified collection state,appropriations spare,finance companies and settlement center,internal bank and "cash pool"),and focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding mode.To practice the theory,this paper takes company Z as a case.This paper analyses the limitation of capital centralized control in company Z,and then puts forward the “cash pool” model for company Z.Finally,this paper gives a comment on the capital centralized control in company Z,and suggests some advice for company Z.
