Discussion On The Path Of Manufacturing Transformation And Upgrading In Anhui Province

In the process of economic development,due to many factors such as land factors,resource factors and economic and environmental factors,people from all walks of life have aroused widespread concern for the decline of industrial status.In this form,the state puts forward the conception of supply side structural reform in the "13th Five-Year" period,it is emphasized in the process of reform of the supply side to expand effectively,the supply of high-end,low-end,reduce the invalid supply,in order to inject lasting power in the economic development.Supply side structural reform,as a noun in the new era,is the inherent requirement of transforming the mode of economic development and building up the upgraded version of China's economy.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Anhui province.The lack of innovation power and rising production costs,limited resources and the environment,lack of development and other development bottleneck constraints,the manufacturing industry of Anhui need to change the traditional development ideas in the development process,combined with the "2025 Anhui" Chinese manufacturing strategy and "one with the way the top frame design,on the supply side the structural reform of the background,through the" three to fall up "to promote innovation capability,Anhui manufacturing labor productivity,product quality,manufacturing quality and overall level of information has greatly improved,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Anhui.Based on the analysis of the development and transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Anhui,this paper points out that Anhui's manufacturing industry has been improving continuously in terms of its overall competitiveness,but there are still many problems,such as the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises is not strong,and the structure level is too low.On this basis,this paper explores the factors that will affect Anhui's manufacturing industry in the process of transformation and upgrading,and explores how these factors transform and upgrade.Because the manufacturing industry will be affected by various factors,in the process of transformation and upgrading of the numerical observation will have a linear relationship exists between may more and observed variables,after taking into account the many,this paper using factor analysis method,selects the industrial enterprise technology expenditure,technical institutions number and rate of urbanization 11 indicators,with 2001-2015 years of Anhui's manufacturing industry data,the influence factors on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Anhui Province in-depth analysis.Through the factor analysis method,this paper extracts two common factors: extracting the integrated factor and trade factor,and then to the three industry labor and technology intensive industry,capital and technology intensive industries and technology intensive industries accounted for the dependent variable,the common factor as independent variables linear regression analysis.The results show that some of the selected variables have a positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and some have a negative impact.Based on the above considerations: on the supply side structural reform background,combining with the situation and its influence factors in Anhui transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,discusses the Anhui manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading path and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures: change the mode of training talents;the transformation of economic development mode;development direction of manufacturing industry;the transformation of government functions.
