Research On Employment Problems Of Higher Vocational Students Under The Background Of Revitalization In Northeast China

With the deepening of reform and opening up,the State Council issued a number of important policy measures to support the revitalization of Northeast China in August 2014 to adapt to the development of the new market economy and accelerate the revitalization and development of the northeast economy,which put forward a series of concrete measures to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China.Recently the policy about” State Council on deepening the implementation of the new round of Northeast Revitalization Strategy” and “the ‘plan for the revitalization of the northeast' in 13 th Five-Year,” have new further planning with the implementation of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Revitalizing of the old industrial base needs the support of a large batch of professional technicians for the development of the northeast economy.It is imminent for us to train the graduates of professional colleges and universities to develop the old industrial base in the northeast.Therefore,how the students in the higher vocational colleges can meet the needs of the eastern North area is the core problem of higher vocational college employment,which is also the key to revitalizing the northeast economy.Svocational college is the largest Vocational College in Northeast China,which has outstanding representativeness.This paper makes a specific analysis of the employment situation of graduates by taking S school as an example.Meanwhile it studies the current employment situation of Northeast higher vocational college graduates and also summaries the main employment problem of Northeast Higher Vocational college.It also show us that how to cultivate the professional graduates to promote the development of the industrial and analysis the current policies to make sure that they can match the reality of current college graduates.At last this paper put forward several advices,which are good for employment development of the higher Career Technical College in the northeast.These advices increase the employment rate of graduates from northeast Vocational College and accelerated the pace of economic revitalization in Northeast China.
