| At the same time,the competition between e-commerce enterprises and the traditional retail enterprises is increasingly fierce.The competitive advantage of electric business enterprises has shifted from focus on the production of internal products to the analysis and service of users,as well as the construction and optimization of the whole industry value chain.As a significant part of the value management system,cost management also plays a significant role in the management and development of the enterprise.The Internet enables the sharing of information inside the enterprise,breaking the boundaries between the various functional departments of traditional enterprises,and gradually becoming networked and flat.Under such a background,the traditional cost management mode can no longer satisfy the management requirements of enterprises,especially the emerging Internet companies.In order to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,the idea of value chain cost management is gradually introduced into the management of modern Internet enterprises,and has been paid more attention to.This article takes the O2 O enterprise suning.com as a case,and combines the relevant national policies and the development trend of the e-commerce industry to carry out the research on the cost management of its value chain.In theory,we introduce the theory of value chain and cost management,and emphasize the value chain under e-commerce.In the case analysis,firstly,expounds the development status quo of industry background and Suning from the perspective of the value chain and point out the existing problems of cost management;then,combined with the value chain cost management theory from Suning logistics,information flow,capital flow put forward the optimized strategy and assessment;finally,put forward relevant safeguard measures and conclusion and Prospect of this research.This paper concludes that Suning has low utilization ratio of logistics assets in logistics,insufficient information R & D investment in information flow,and long cash cycle in funds.In view of the existing problems,this paper constructs a cost management optimization system,still from three aspects: the construction of logistics,improve the logistics system of the intelligent and automatic level,optimizing the distribution efficiency,reduce logistics cost;to establish the logistics platform of fair competition;to improve the using rate of logistics assets.In terms of information flow,we should improve R & D capability,increase information input,help PPTV and football clubs and other platforms,and tap user needs from data to increase user traffic on the Internet platform.Capital flow,logistics asset securitization,accelerating capital circulation;increase investment and promotion of Suning Financial Services Company,broaden sources of income and reduce business risk;the establishment of a joint Ali supply chain,the implementation of large-scale procurement.Finally,it summarizes the experience and lessons that can help the future development. |
