Research On Risk Management Of G Bridge Project Based On PPP Mode

As a new model for the input mechanism of the public service sector,the PPP has great advantages in transforming the supply mode,innovating the investment and financing mechanism,and enhancing the endogenous power of economic growth.However,it should also be noted that the PPP has a long period of contract,many participants,and its risk management is more complex than the general projects.how to effectively identify and respond to,is a realistic problem urgently to be solved.First of all,Taking G bridge project as the case object,this paper aims at analyzing the whole chain of project risk management in PPP model.based on the relevant literature and data,this paper sorts out the research results of PPP mode theory,risk management theory and public product theory in China and abroad,and analyzes the characteristics and control thoughts of PPP mode risk.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing various risk identification methods,combined with the characteristics of the G Bridge Project,a variety of research methods were used to identify the potential risk factors of the G Bridge Project,and a total of six categories of risk factors were classified: Political Risk,Legal Risk,financial risk,natural risk,construction risk and operational risk,and on this basis,further summed up 29 secondary risk indicators,established a preliminary risk indicator system,and analyzed the causes and internal links of these risk factors.Thirdly,the main methods of risk assessment are described.Through the descriptive statistical analysis of expert survey questionnaires,a risk evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is constructed,and the risk evaluation grade and main risk factors of G bridge project are analyzed using examples.Weights are sorted.Finally,the principle and process of risk sharing are reviewed.Based on the above conclusions of risk assessment,the G bridge project risk sharing plan is designed,and specific risk response strategies and recommendations are proposed.By summarizing the main contents and conclusions of the full text,the deficiency of this research and the direction of future efforts are pointed out.
