Research On Modern Agricultural Technology Promotion Model In Ruzhou

Taking Ruzhou as the research object,this paper collects and investigates the relevant data and documents about the present situation of modern agricultural technology extension system in Ruzhou by using the methods of literature research and field visit.At present,the agricultural extension models of Ruzhou are as follows.First,government-led agricultural technology extension model;Second,agricultural technology extension model driven by leading enterprises;Third,agricultural technology extension model driven by demonstration park of agricultural science and technology;Fourth,agricultural technology extension model driven by rural specialized cooperatives.Then with the support of relevant theories and date,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural extension models in Ruzhou and finds out the problem.Firstly,the mechanism of modern agricultural technology extension led by the government has some problems;Secondly,agricultural technology extension is seriously out of line with agriculture research and educational system;Thirdly,the construction of grassroots agrotechnical popularization team is weak;Fourthly,agricultural technology is less,and effective supply of technology is insufficient;Fifthly,the investment subject of agro-technical popularization is single;Sixthly,the main bodies of agricultural technology extension models are loosely connected and lack of communication and cooperation;Seventhly,the structure of farmers in rural areas is unreasonable and the ability of farmers to accept new technologies is poor.By learning from the development experience of advanced agricultural technology extension models abroad,and adopting the research methods of systematic research,and comparative analysis,this paper tries to put forward the optimized countermeasures,innovation direction and guarantee measures for the development of agricultural technology extension under the background of diversification of extension subject.First,optimizing the operation mechanism of the government;Second,optimizing the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements;Third,to establish a stable and high-quality agricultural extension team;Fourth,establishing a government-led investment mechanism with all parties involved;Fifth,to foster diversified social service organizations for agrotechnical popularization;Sixth,strengthening cooperation among agricultural technology extension models and establish an orderly system of agricultural technology extension;Seventhly,implement a plan for returning young migrant workers to their hometowns,making efforts to train new type of professional farmers.
