The Central Six Provinces' Sustainable Growth Ability Of Tax Revenue Assessment

The six provinces of central China include hubei,henan,shanxi,hunan,jiangxi and anhui.The six provinces of central district population,carrying 28% of its population,relying on the demographic dividend and its rich natural resources,to account for about 10% of the nation's land,create a total more than 20% of the gross national product,and vigorously promote the development of national economy strategic process,is a very important economic region.But on the whole the development of six provinces in central has its lag: the primary industry output value proportion is higher,the second industry towards resource intensive,high pollution and low value-added problems,the third industry development level behind the eastern region,therefore it is imperative to promote the development of six provinces in central.A region's economic growth need enough place to protect resources,tax revenue as the main source of revenue,and that the sustainability of the adequacy of the total,has strong support for the development of the region.This paper at home and abroad about the tax revenue growth,and economic development relationship and self-restraint,tax and so on were reviewed,for later theory logic analysis and the evaluation index system of component provides the reference;Secondly,the use of impact tax revenue the influence factors of sustainable growth ability analysis,with economic development,tax structure as well as the theoretical basis of tax and economic interaction,create contains five criteria 23 indicators system of tax growth sustainability rating,in the brief analysis of the six provinces in central under the premise of the current tax growth situation,through the principal component analysis on a deeper level of empirical research;Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper argues that the central six provinces in raising tax sustainable growth ability,should from the good economic foundation,the excellent tax sources,improve the local tax system and strengthen the collection and management level,etc.At the provincial level,the reform measures are put forward according to the resources,development status and specific problems of different provinces.
